Orders
All inc kid orders are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to acceptance and availability. If a product you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept your order, you will be notified as soon as possible and we will refund the amount or put your payment towards a different product.
Pricing
All prices displayed on the inc kid website are in Australian dollars.
Product details
We have made every effort to display the product details and colours of our products that appear on www.inckid.com as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitor, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour or exact detail will be completely accurate. Further, as many of our garments receive special treatment, making each item unique, the garment you receive may not be exactly as pictured. Please check sizing chart to ensure the correct fit prior to purchase.
Product usage
Each kids ability varies and inc kid takes no responsibility for your product usage, outcomes or assistive capabilities once you have received from inc kid. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless inc kid, and its affiliates and against, all liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses, directly or indirectly incurred or suffered by inc kid as a result of any breach of these terms and conditions by you or any other liabilities arising from your use of our products, website and from all actions, proceedings, claims and demands made or brought against inc kid and its affiliates.

You acknowledge and agree that any and all trade marks, copyright, designs, data files, graphics, text, photographs, images, audio files, and all contents of our website, social media and all other intellectual property remains at all times vested in inc kid and must not be used in any manner without the prior written consent of inc kid.
